Descriptive Entry
This accession consists of a companion website to the cookbook, "One Fish, Two Fish, Crawfish, Bluefish: The Smithsonian Sustainable Seafood Cookbook," published by Smithsonian Books. The website provides recipe titles found in the book as well as a sampling of recipes. In addition, it provides text and images for identifying seafood and provides information on suggested and problematic seafood for consumption. The website includes quizzes, summaries of the issues involved, and external references. The website was created in 2003, but was not regularly updated. This accession consists of the website as it existed in late October 2010.
