Descriptive Entry
Descriptive Entry
This accession consists of the records of Lu Ann Jones, researcher for the Southern Agriculture Oral History Project, documenting her research activities in regard to oral histories about farming and rural life in the United States. Jones used this information to co-write a review essay on oral history and agriculture for the "Journal of American History." The records do not relate to the Southern Agriculture Oral History Project Records (Acc. 2001.3053) which are located in the Archives Center collections at the National Museum of American History. Materials include correspondence with historical societies, university professors, associations, museum curators, and archivists; oral history program information, transcripts, articles, and brochures; research notes; and videotapes.
