This accession consists of the website for Smithsonian Affiliations as it existed on June 29, 2011. Smithsonian Affliations is a membership program for museums and other cultural institutions. The website discusses requirements and benefits of membership and provides a description of each of its affiliated organizations. In addition, it lists events and photographs provided by the affiliates and includes both digital copies of The Affiliate paper newsletter and the electronic e-Affiliate newsletter.
