Descriptive Entry

This accession consists of the records of Bernard S. Finn, Curator Emeritus of electricity collections, and Elliot N. Sivowitch, Museum Specialist, which document their curatorial and professional activities in the Division of Information Technology and Society, and during the years when the division was known as the Division of Electricity and Modern Physics, the Division of Electricity and Nuclear Energy, and the Division of Electricity. Some earlier records predate the creation of the museum. Other staff represented in this accession include curators Arthur P. Molella, Paul Forman, Robert P. Multhauf, W. James King, and collections manager Nance L. Briscoe. Materials include correspondence, memoranda, and notes; meeting agendas and minutes; professional society information in regard to committees, symposiums, and special events; fellowship and workshop information; lecture papers, articles, and book reviews; proposals; collections management information; reports; agreements; press releases; exhibition planning information and scripts; newspaper clippings; and photographs.
