This accession consists of correspondence of the Patuxent Wildlife Research Center, Biological Survey Unit of the United States Geological Survey (formerly the Bird Section of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Bird and Mammal Laboratories). Correspondence concerns specimens, donations, loans, research, papers, conferences, field work, and public inquiries. Materials also include photographs, postcards, and clippings.
