This accession consists of a reference set of Ars Orientalis, a peer-reviewed, annual volume of scholarly articles on the art and archaeology of Asia, the ancient Near East, and the Islamic world that is jointly published by the Freer Gallery of Art and Arthur M. Sackler Gallery and the University of Michigan, Department of the History of Art. Materials also include several publications from the Freer Occasional Papers series.
