This accession consists of a web-based database of hymenoptera holotypes at the National Museum of Natural History (NMNH) as it existed on April 23, 2015. The database is maintained by United States Department of Agriculture scientists stationed at the NMNH with contributions from scientists at several other organizations. It is hosted on the NMNH website. This accession consists of descriptive pages about the database as well as a list of holotypes.
