This accession consists of field notes of Robert B. Neuman (1920-2013), a paleontologist with the United States Geological Survey and the Department of Paleobiology in the National Museum of Natural History. His specialty was fossilized brachiopods. A few field notes were created by John Duane, S. David Berger, and John R. Griffin. Materials also include maps, scientific illustrations, and receipts.
