Descriptive Entry

This accession consists of records documenting the planning and development of educational activities, workshops, special events, and other educational programs at the Freer Gallery of Art and Arthur M. Sackler Gallery. In approximately 2007, the department was renamed Education and Public Programs, but it reverted back to the Department of Education in 2014. Materials include exhibition and teacher's guides; pamphlets and brochures; audio and video recordings; photographs; correspondence and memoranda; meeting agendas and notes; project evaluations; attendance statistics; proposals; clippings; and related materials.
