This accession consists of the Open SI website, maintained by the Smithsonian Institution Scholarly Press (SISP), as it existed on February 29, 2016. SISP publishes research by Smithsonian Institution scholars in many fields as well as research closely related to Smithsonian Institution collections. Open SI serves as SISP's online portal for manuscript submission management and open access publication of SISP's scholarly series and proceedings. Due to technical issues, very little of the website content beyond the main page is included in this accession. Materials are in electronic format.
