This accession consists of three websites and one blog maintained by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service.

The "Museum on Main Street" website, crawled December 27, 2017, promotes a program of the same name which helps bring the Smithsonian Institution to small towns across America. The website includes information about traveling exhibitions as well as educational resources and docent handbooks for each exhibition. The website also includes guides for creating oral histories and exhibitions.

The "American Democracy: A Great Leap of Faith" website, crawled January 5, 2018, provides an overview and specifications for the traveling exhibition of the same name.

"The Art of Robert De Niro, Sr." website, crawled January 11, 2018, provides an overview, specifications, and a checklist for the traveling exhibition of the same name.

The Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service blog, crawled February 28, 2018, discusses the theme and contents of its traveling exhibitions. The blog launched in July 2007.
