This accession consists of slides of Lloyd Knutson (1934-2018), an entomologist with the United States Department of Agriculture, the Systematic Entomology Laboratory, the Insect Identification and Beneficial Insect Introduction Institute, and the Agricultural Research Service. His primary research interest was Sciomyzidae. Images depict specimens and their environments, slides possibly used in presentations, trips, entomologists, and family.
