This accession consists of records that document the activities, history, membership, meetings, and publications of the American Arachnological Society (AAS). People represented include Vincent D. Roth and Allen Dean. Of particular note are the materials related to the Spider Genera of North America Revision Team and the culmination of their work in the AAS publication, Spiders of North America: An Identification Manual. Materials include correspondence, memoranda, meeting programs and proceedings, meeting minutes, images, video recordings, posters, articles, and clippings. Some materials are in electronic format.
