This accession consists of the records of Joann Moser, Deputy Chief Curator, documenting the planning, development and production of exhibitions at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, which, prior to 2000, was known as the National Museum of American Art. Materials include correspondence, memoranda, and notes; budget summaries; agreements; scripts; a floor plan; checklists; press releases and articles; object lists; photographs, slides, and negatives; loan information; and brochures. Some materials are in electronic format.
