This accession consists of the personal papers of the Healey and Dall family. Of importance are the diaries, journals, reports, sermons, and writings of Charles Henry Appleton Dall, circa 1830-1886, first Unitarian missionary to India. In addition there are genealogy notes; Mark and George Healey correspondence; Caroline Healey Dall correspondence and publications; and some original sketches by John Appleton concerning various fortifications during the Civil War. In addition there are various memoirs, newspaper articles, and magazines, including the last issue of The Liberator, December 29, 1865.
