Young; the Council's planning committee reports; the Council's expenses; the Council's executive committee reports to the Secretary and Smithsonian Council members; budget reports; program materials; materials by Young concerning financial and logistical matters; financial matters; travel vouchers; copies of opening remarks made by the Secretary at the Council's meetings; briefs from various museum directors concerning different programs and activities in their respective museums; reports by Warren M. Robbins to the Council's executive committee concerning the establishment of the National Museum of African Art; programs for dinners and other functions of the Council; and copies of opening remarks made by different Council members. Included are magnetic and cassette tapes; newspaper clippings; pamphlets; brochures; and reports.
