Descriptive Entry
This accession primarily consists of program records which document lecture series and seminars; family and school programs; workshops; museum and gallery tours; and special events. Materials include the correspondence, memoranda, and notes of Dorothy Dunn, Program Coordinator for Schools; planning information on program content and logistics; evaluations by program participants; agreements; contact sheets; and itineraries.
The records also consist of audience development records created by Susan Yelavich, Program Coordinator, and Dierdre A. Scott, Program Coordinator for Audience Development, which document the Museum's efforts to accommodate visitors with disabilities and increase awareness of the Museum in minority communities. Materials include correspondence, memoranda, and notes; grant funding information; press releases; reports; information about "Access: The First Residential Universal Design Conference" (October 1994) and the Diversity Dialogue meeting (March 1993); and proposals.
A small amount of budget records for the Department is included in this accession as well.
