This accession consists of records documenting the activities of the Division of Performing Arts (DPA). Materials document a variety of public performances, concerts, touring shows, and festivals. Particularly well documented are activities surrounding the annual Festival of American Folklife. Records include correspondence, memoranda, budget records, event listings, program brochures and publications, photographs of events and performers, news clippings and press releases, and video recordings.
