CHMRB copy 39088016106916 has a handwritten contents sheet tipped in at front (1 sheet ([2] p.), probably provided by a later source than the compiler?).
CHMRB copy is the gift of Bernard Rosenfeld.
CHMRB copy has a commercially produced binding of brown book cloth, embossed in a python-skin pattern, stab-sewn with brown cord through two punched holes.
