Footage was produced in the course of a project which combined archeology and ethnology to reconstruct the evolution of Ifugao culture. Documentation of Ifugao agricultural and ceremonial activities includes: the rice terraces of Banaue, spading and planting of rice fields, transplanting and pounding rice, Banaue market, Himong (Ifugao ceremony) including a feast and burial, a wedding dance, and preparations for Bonc (Ifuago ritual) near Banaue. Also included is miscellaneous footage of dancers and canoes shot in and around Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
