Biographical
Thomas Bower attended elementary school and high school in Williamsport, Indiana. He earned a Hoosier Scholar Award to attend Notre Dame University where he received a degree in Studio Art. His graduate work was in Art History at Oberlin College, Ohio. At the time of this donation, Bower was Deputy Registrar in the National Museum of American History.
