, including notes on ingredients, preparation, presentation; copies of various editions of The Moosewood Cookbook
; a sketchbook; and letters from users of the cookbooks, praising Katzen and asking questions or offering suggestions. Katzen answered the letters but her responses are not included among the materials. Instead there are sticky notes on some of the letters which have been photocopied and discarded. In addition, there are original, hand-written, hand-illustrated "mechanicals," and original designs for the cookbooks' pages.Arrangement
