Content Description
The collection contains stereographs documenting various forms of transportation consisting of trains, steamships, and riverboats. Railroads, railyards, railroad bridges, elevated trains, harbors, and shipyards are also found among these images. A few of the images are scenes of American cities such as New York and Chicago. While most of the images are of the Northeastern United States there are a few of Colorado. In addition, there are some foreign subjects. Materials are arranged by location or subject.
