Collection also includes a photostat of a War Department Service Record for Le Blanc, 1898-1900, and a 1934 letter from War Department, Office of the Chief Engineer to David Quinn who requested information about Le Blanc's service record.

Custodial History
The collection was in the custody of Myrtis Quinn who gave the photographs to Elizabth Albers. Quinn's mother's father was Alexis Jackson LeBlanc.
The collection transferred to the Archives Center from the Division of Electricity (now Division of Work and Industry) in October 2024.
