Digitized Content BOSTON, Mass.--Picture shows in excellent fashion how the black diamonds [coal] are unloaded. The boat ties up at the warf. Then the coal passers hoist the precious fuel to the proper place and dump it into chutes. "The two ironworkers are bolting a tempering [extension] to the last floor, the 78 [sic] of the Chrysler. [Similar extensions] were bolted to the other three sides of the floor. This was necessary because there wasn't enough space on the last floor to work. Planks were then laid out to create an adequate work area.
