Henson at her home in Centerville, Maryland, discusses her childhood in North Haven, Connecticut; education in parochial schools; career as a lawyer for the Connecticut State Legislature and Office of General Counsel, Smithsonian Institution; and as director of the Museum Studies Department, The George Washington University. Malaro also discussed her publications on museum ethics and legal issues and changes in the non-profit sector during her career, c. 1930s-2006.
