Florentine Craftsmen records
The Florentine Craftsman Collection contains trade literature and photographic images compiled by the Florentine Craftsmen firm of Long Island City, New York, dating from approximately 1915 to 1976. Most of the manufacturers' literature--including catalogs, fliers, and brochures--deals with outdoor furniture and ornaments, statuary, and iron work fixtures. Some of the materials relate specifically to product lines by Florentine Craftsmen, though many illustrate the work of other manufacturers of outdoor furnishings and ornaments.

The Mabel Cabot Sedgwick Collection consists of approximately 120 glass negatives of images used in Sedgwick's book, The Garden Month by Month, published by the F.A. Stokes Company in New York, 1907. The book, which describes the appearance, color, cultivation and blooming dates for various plants, contains half-tone engravings taken from these photographs of growing plants.
Sam DeVincent Collection of Illustrated American Sheet Music, Series 12: Plants and Animals
Sam DeVincent loved music and art and began collecting sheet music with lithographs at an early age. Series 12: Plants and Animals contains approximately 4,000 pieces of sheet music and other materials documenting the development of and popular attitudes towards plants and animals in the United States. Nordyke & Marmon Aviation Plant Photograph Album
The Marmon Motor Car Company, owned by Nordyke & Marmon Company of Indianapolis, Indiana, was one of several automotive companies that was awarded contracts to produce Liberty aircraft engines during World War I. Hall-Scott also licensed Nordyke & Marmon to produce some of their aircraft engines. This collection consists of a photo album documenting the construction of Nordyke & Marmon Company's aviation plant, as well as operations at the completed factory. There is also a sheet in the front of the album which lists captions and dates for each photograph contained in the album.
