Clerk's copy of 1494, including Powell's corrections, but adding mistakes. Omits "Names of tribes and proper names" of original. Adds "Saying" [page 106], which is not found in the original.
This collection consists of 145 postcards and 11 photographs depicting indigenous peoples of the Americas, with dates ranging 1890 – 1930s. The bulk of the collection consists of postcards of Native communities throughout the United States, and includes portrait images, dwellings, basket-making, weaving, and crafts.
In parallel columns on foolscap sheets numbered 1-2, 5-15 in Gatschet's hand. No date. [1874, 1875 13 pages by Loew, with notes by A.S. Gatschet on bottom of page 15 and its reverse.
