Eliot Elisofon Photographic Archives, National Museum of African Art
Photographs taken by Ed Brennan of African art objects collected by Gaston T. deHavenon from 1950 through 1970. The art objects were displayed in a loan exhibit held at the opening of the museum's enlarged galleries, 1971. The photographs were published in a one volume catalog entitled, The deHavenon Collection," by the Museum of African Art (now National Museum of African Art) and printed by S.D. Scott Printing Co., Inc., 1971.
